No more alcohol-scented hands. Hand sanitisers, along with gloves and masks, have sky-rocketed in sales this year, and for good reason. With everyone being at home and with the initial buying panic past, it’s been a bit easier to get our hands on them now. However, with restrictions easing, we’re expecting the demand for them […]
The hair, the clothes, it’s all amazing. Just as we were starting to forget about him (hah, as if), Robert Pattinson steps out of his usual privacy bubble for an interview with GQ Magazine about his time in lockdown. So far, apparently, he’s lost all sense of time, has stopped exercising, has microwaved pasta, and has […]
Brought to you by Revolut Money-saving ain’t easy. Each month, when our paycheck comes in, we think: “This is it. This is the month we’re going to start saving.” Our intentions are always good but then, well, same old story. We see a pair of shoes we really need, a book we’ve been meaning to […]
We’ve been craving a McFlurry for weeks. The time is finally here – McDonald’s is gradually starting to reopen some of its outlets in Ireland starting next week. The first outlets to open will be the Drive-Thru locations in Dublin, followed by other locations nationwide. McDonald’s closed all of its outlets, including Drive-Thru and take-away, […]
Not to mention, it’s hosted by the wonderful Tina Fey. After staying up through the night to watch One World: Together At Home, we’ve been waiting (not so) patiently for the next virtual concert to hit our screens. In the current climate, we’ve seriously been appreciating all the snippets of positivity that have been helping to […]
Brought to you by Flexitol Hello, sandal weather! It’s our favourite time of the year – the sun is shining, the temperature is warm, and we are finally digging out our summer outfits. That means no more coats, no layers, and of course, no more heavy boots. We love giving our feet time to breathe during […]
Such a wholesome initiative. Back in March, brothers Senan (5) and Jonah (7) from Dublin posted a picture of ‘superhero potatoes’ in support of frontline workers with the caption ‘Not All Heroes Wear Capes’. The post came after the boys’ mum, Ruth Brady, had a chat with them about what really makes a superhero and […]
We are SO excited for the new book release. Our 15-year-old selves just about died last weekend when we found out that Stephanie Meyer would be releasing her long-awaited book Midnight Sun. Anyone out there who was a major fan of the Twilight series may remember the excitement upon hearing about Midnight Sun and then the heartbreak […]
It has been nearly four months since the basketball player died along with his daughter in a helicopter accident. Vanessa Bryant, wife of the late Kobe Bryant, this week found a card written to her by her husband before he died. She shared her discovery on Instagram and told the public that the card was […]
Time for a trip back to the Wizarding World. Over the last few months, we’ve had a few cases of celebrities recording themselves reading books out loud or teachers recording themselves reading favourite books out loud. Now we have celebrities recording themselves reading THE favourite book of all time out loud – the one and […]
We think they’re all solid choices tbh. Over the last few months, Covid-19 has been affected pretty much everything in our lives and even Derry Girls has not gone untouched – the much-awaited season 3 was rumoured to be released this month however it’s looking very unlikely that that will be the case now. So, yes, […]
They almost seem like different people. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been going for 13 seasons now and it remains a top favourite show that makes us both laugh hysterically and cringe constantly. There’s really no limit to how far that show will go with its humour and, over the seasons, it’s gotten darker […]
