What a stupid thing to say! There has been plenty of debate over the tampon tax in recent months, with arguments for and against. However this 19-year-old ‘meninist’s argument goes against all logic. In the middle of a Twitter row regarding the tampon tax Ryan Williams posted this ridiculous tweet. https://twitter.com/ryanwilliams97/status/787789552547168256 https://twitter.com/ryanwilliams97/status/787795198105554944 Where do we […]

This is adorable. Adele is know for making each concert memorable. Whether that’s for bring a drag queen up on stag, or having Irish singers Ronan and Glenn join her in a duet. So it was lovely that her long-term partner Simon Konecki made the concert special and surprising for Adele for a change. The rather […]

Her honesty is so refreshing.

When will clothes shops learn? Sainsbury’s has come under fire for promoting sexist gender stereotypes among children. The T-shirts in boy and girl variations have very different message on them. The girls’ T-shirts say ”Little and loved” while the boys’ T-shirts say ”Brave and strong”. https://twitter.com/henrymance/status/786914386791297025 Of course, both messages are perfectly acceptable, but when […]

Nooo. Our absolute favourites from Gogglebox UK have confirmed that they’ve left the show. Steph and Dom Parker had been noticeably absent from the show since it returned to Channel 4 a few weeks ago. But only today, the couple confirmed that they were officially finished with the show. The guesthouse owners who love a drink […]

How adorable is this? We love to see people happily married and there is something truly special about seeing love last for so many years. Carole-Ann and Jim Stansfield have been married an incredible 50 years. They celebrated in a very unique way. The couple’s granddaughter Hayley found their wedding outfits hidden away and she […]

This is unexpected. When it comes to lighting up your home, it’s unlikely that you’ll give it much thought. Your biggest concern is probably whether you’ll buy energy efficient ones or not. But some research is leading people to believe that light bulbs can have a serious affect on your health. While many of use […]

Would you swipe right? Mean Girls is an iconic film with so many amazing quotes, but of our favourites will always be: ”Don’t have sex, because you will get pregnant…  and die”. This line was from coach Carr’s questionable sex ed class. Later in the film we find out he’s sleeping with one of two […]

What a random pairing. Harry Potter actor Mathew Lewis shared an image of himself hanging out with Millie Bobbi Brown which sent fans of the two into a bit of a meltdown in the comments section. If it wasn’t random enough that the two are apparently friends, the tattoo on Mathew Lewis’ arm caused even […]

Do you think he’s a good fit? After all the ups and downs and rumours about the new season of the Bake Off which will be on Channel 4, it seems they have finally chosen a presenter. The new presenter will reportedly be Richard Ayoade, aka Moss from The IT Crowd. According to the Sun: “Richard […]

We’re not crying, you’re crying… We’ve seen some amazing proposal over the years, from atime capsule surprise, to a Lego proposal to popping the question at an Adele concert. But, this guy deserves a price for the most effort put in to a proposal. This man’s girlfriend was playing Belle in a production of Beauty and […]

We could only see about 5. Here at Her.ie we love a good optical illusion or brain teaser. There has been no shortage of tricky images doing the rounds lately, such as this image of flamingo’s which has a ballerina hiding in it. That one took us a while… if you give up you can […]
