Megan is an Islander from Inis Mór, who studied journalism in DCU before joining the Her team. Smiley faces, popcorn and Gaeilge are some of her favourite things. She has always loved the TV shows Friends and Scrubs equally so please don’t ask her to choose. She is very passionate about social issues, health and equality. She is not related to the company who makes the sweets.
But, who’s counting? If case you ever wondered what how much sex the average person has, a study has finally revealed it. Cashback site Quidco quizzed almost 2,000 people and asked them about their lifestyle habits. They asked about everything from socializing to sleeping, but the most interesting statistic was definitely the one about sex. […]
She cleared it up. Any hugely popular film is bound to have fan theories but this one about Sandy in Grease is pretty ridiculous. The theory first appeared on Reddit years ago but has continued to resurface every now and again. The insane theory is basically is that Sandy died when she was ‘splashing around’ […]
Who knew! While we all know that too much time in front of the TV is not good for you, we never really thought about how certain shows can be worse than others. A recent survey by Forza surveyed 1000 dieters and asked them what they consider the most effective way to lose weight. The […]
So elegant. Growing up, many of us were obsessed with Disney Princesses, from their beauty to their elegance to their wonderful singing voices. We weren’t expecting him to talk about this. Earlier this week Kim Kardashian was robbed in her hotel room in Paris. Since then, everyone from James Corden to Justin Timberlakehave shared their opinions on it. But one person we were not expecting to talk about it, is Taoiseach Enda Kenny. Enda Kenny was at the […]
Do you have a favourite family yet? By now we’re getting to know the Gogglebox gang quite well, and people already probably know who their favourites are, whether it’s the Tully twins from Cavan or the Cabra girls and their dog. But tonight there will be yet another family added to the mix, so don’t […]
People praised her for this. When you spend all your time learning about a certain area, becoming an expert on the topic it can be very frustrating when someone undermines it. This is what happened to an associate professor of Computer Science when she sent out a tweet about Java. Sometimes I just want to […]
