Possibly the worst thing that could happen on your wedding day. We came across this Reddit post earlier today and honestly can’t stop thinking about it. The post was shared by a wedding planner and it’s the most gruesome thing you will read today. The post begins with the planner saying that from the start […]
Poor Kai. A dog owner in the US tried to put his canine down because he said he was overweight. According to Good Morning America, the Golden Retriever was brought to the vet and asked to be euthanized, however the vet refused to do it. Instead, the vet helped the dog, Kai, find a new […]
It was a very poignant moment. Karl Shiels, who played Robbie Quinn on the RTÉ One soap, passed away suddenly last month at the age of 47. Last night, viewers saw Robbie leave Carrigstown for a business trip abroad. “Right, cab’s outside, you sure you are going to manage without me?” he said to Carol, played by Aisling O’Neill. Fans […]
It’s so pretty. We never really got a good run of hot weather this summer, to the disappointment of many (me). While it might have stayed warm for a week or so, the next week we’d be looking at rain and cooler temperatures. We won’t complain because it hasn’t been all bad – and we’re […]
A status yellow weather warning is in place until tomorrow. For the most part of today, Met Éireann predicts that the country will be mainly dry with sunny spells and clear skies, however, when we reach the later part of the day it will take a turn with heavy rain washing over Ireland. As we […]
Today is Pippa O’Connor’s birthday. The entrepreneur has been out and about all day long with her husband Brian Ormond and it looked like they had a great time together. The mum-of-two was posting Instagram Stories from the day and we couldn’t help but notice how gorgeous her yellow top was. If you look through […]
It might not be what you think. While it might promise you fame, Love Island must be a bizarre experience. Just think about it; you’re in a villa full of strangers, you have no access to the outside world, you literally can’t go anywhere else and all day you’re being pulled for ‘chats’. It’s strange, […]
Are you excited? Because we’re really excited. Electric Picnic is one of our favourite festivals of the year. It comes at the very end of the festival season but it is SO worth the wait. From having the craic with mates, discovering bands you never heard before and attending some of the most well-known acts […]
Congrats to Brandon Jenner – he’s expecting twins. Brandon Jenner has announced that he and his new girlfriend, Cayley Stoker, are having twins. Caitlyn Jenner’s son broke the news to PEOPLE, saying that he is delighted to be a dad to two more babies. “We are at 12 weeks now, so near the end of the […]
This is pretty random. If you adore having some greenery in your room/kitchen/where ever, then we’re right there with you. There’s something about having house plants that make your living space so much better. It just feels more welcoming, more lived in and more like home. However, many of us like to go away on […]
These look absolutely delicious. There’s nothing quite as nice as a McDonald’s McFlurry on a warm day… or on any day, really. It’s times like taking a trip to the beach or chilling out on a lazy Sunday afternoon that make you want to tuck into the frosty delicious ice cream. Many fans were disappointed […]
He’s a pretty big deal. Well, if you watched Love Island, anyway. Greg O’Shea only arrived into the villa two weeks before it ended, and he certainly made an impact. He was kind, civil, thoughtful and just a genuinely nice guy. We all fell in love with him and Amber Gill did too – they even […]
