They’re all very good boys and girls, naturally.

Dogs Working From Home is the Instagram account that you need to follow during lockdown.

For the last few months, people around the world have been getting used to working from home – and, for those of us with pets at home, it meant having a new kind of coworker around.

We’re talking about the furry, four-legged kind, of course.

Because, lets face it, what could make a Zoom call better than seeing a curious pooch pop up on camera.

If you’re looking to fill your feed with some good boys and girls doing their very best while working from home, let us introduce you to the Dogs Working From Home Instagram account.

The account showing off the helpful hounds was founded by Melbourne-based brand manager Mark Polchleb.

“I just took advantage of the fact that my dogs are at my feet. I thought ‘we all need a bit of happiness in our lives right now’,” he previously told The Guardian about setting up the account.

He first set up the account in mid-March, sharing a photo of his own dogs Billie and Ollie.
“Is there anything dogs can’t fix? While we’re all losing our minds, our dogs are just wondering y t f they suddenly just scored us being home all day and if it means they get more food,” he began in the caption.

“As you set up shop at home, send us a pic of your furry friend(s) so we have something to make everyone smile while we work our way through this crazy time.”

“Meet @billieandollie – They love their dads working from home ‘cos it means guilting them into constantly moving their bed into the sun as it moves throughout the day,” he added.

Since then, the account has gotten more than 90,000 followers – with more than 150 adorable dogs featuring.

“[The dogs] definitely need to be at home,” Polchleb told The Guardian.

“Obviously we’re at a time where we’re encouraging people to stay at home and indoors. We’ve had people submitting dogs at cafes, which is a big ‘no-no’ from me. We want to see those doggos at home with their families where everyone should be staying for now. “Apart from that, as long as they’re cute and can make us smile then we’ll take anything.”
