Today marks the centenary celebrations of the Republic of Ireland.
All weekend, events will commemorate the people and places that set the stage for the 1916 Rising.
The celebrations began yesterday with events in the RDS and the Garden of Remembrance.
Today thousands of people are attending a parade in town commemorating Easter 1916.
